What time is arrival / departure
You can arrive from 4pm onwards on the first day of your booking, departure is by 10am on the last day of your stay with us.
Where can I park
You can either park on the street in front of the bungalow, your car will be covered by the doorbell camera. Alternatively you may park to the side of the bungalow infront of the red garage door.
Is there internet
Yes, we have high speed internet via wifi that’s free for guests to use. The network and password are printed on the front of the router in the living room in large print.
Can I bring a pet
Sadly as we host people with allergies we do not allow pets to stay.
I have an allergy, tell me about your bedding
All our bedding, both duvets and pillows are feather free.
Are there clothes washing facilities
The bungalow is well equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes line and pegs.
Is there a hair dryer
Yes, there is a hair dryer in the master bedroom in the built in dressing table drawer.
Is the bungalow accessible
The bungalow is on one level, the shower is large and walk in with a shower seat on the wall. There is a small step up into the bungalow, sadly it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Do you supply towels
We supply hand towels and bath towels for each guest, we also supply a hand towel for the toilet room.
Do I need to bring...
The bungalow has pump soap in bathroom and kitchen, washing up liquid and other cleaning products in the utility room.
Is there a welcome tray
We leave a few goodies out for you to refresh after a long journey. This can include chocolates, biscuits, crisps and soft drinks. Unfortunately, owing to licensing laws we are no longer allowed to leave alcohol for guests.
Is there a shop nearby
Yes, we have a reasonably large and well stocked co-op at the top (uphill) of New Road, behind the bungalow. We also have a Spar and a couple of takeaways in the marketplace.
Where is the nearest hospital
The nearest hospital is Norwich which has an A&E department. NR4 7UY.
The nearest minor injuries unit is Cromer hospital where they can deal with some small burns, cuts, sprains, dislocations etc – NR27 0BQ.

Where is the nearest pub
We have two fine pubs in Reepham. The nearest in the Crown, found at the top (uphill) of New Road, the road running behind the bungalow. Our other pub is the Kings Arms (known locally as the Kinger). This is in the market square.
Where is the nearest pharmacy
We have a pharmacy in the market square, Motts Pharmacy – 01603 871 738.
